The final translated document is accompanied by our official ISO certification letter — signed by the authorised translator and stamped with SK Document Centre's ISO-accredited company seal. This certification confirms the accuracy and authenticity of the translation.
Delivery — Physical & Digital

Quality Review & Translator's Declaration
The translation is reviewed and the translator prepares a sworn declaration — a formal statement confirming that the translation is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge. This declaration is a mandatory part of sworn translation.
Notary Public Attestation
The translator's sworn declaration and the translated document are presented before a registered Notary Public, who signs and stamps both documents — giving the translation full legal standing before courts, police, immigration, and government authorities in India and abroad.
Final Delivery — Court-Ready Document
Your sworn translated and notarised document is ready. Delivered as a hard copy with original notary stamp and signature — fully court-ready and legally valid. Digital scanned copy also available on request.
