Refund policy
1. Cancellation Before Processing
Clients may cancel services at any time before processing begins and are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party charges (e.g., courier costs or agency fees).
2. Cancellation After Processing Begins
Once we begin processing your documents (e.g., attestation, apostille, visa stamping, e‑stamp generation, legal verification), the service is considered initiated. In such cases, no refunds are available and all fees will be forfeited, in line with industry standards.
3. No-Show, Incomplete or Invalid Documentation
If a client fails to provide the required documents, misses an appointment, or submits invalid documents, the full service fee is non‑refundable
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel due to regulatory, embassy, consular, or MOFA rejections, or clerical errors on our part, you will receive a full refund, including any deposits.
5. Service Errors
If service fails due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect attestation date or incomplete processing), we will offer correction free of charge or, if unresolved, provide a partial or full refund, as appropriate.
6. Deposit Policy
For services requiring a deposit (e.g., apostille, embassy legalization), the deposit is refundable only if cancellation occurs prior to processing; once processing starts, the deposit is non‑refundable.
7. Refund Process
- Initiation: Submit refund requests via email or our support portal as soon as possible after cancellation.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, comparable to industry norms.
- Timeline: In cases involving third-party providers (e.g., MoFA, SDM, embassies), charges may take up to 4 weeks to refund.
8. Non-Refundable Elements
- Non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., courier services, governmental fees).
- Payments for services completed in full or partially after processing initiation.
- Fees for “change of mind” cancellations once processing has started.
